Strategies For Managing Staff PDF
Attendees will have the opportunity to review and discuss the requirements outlined by the AACVPR for Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) program certification. The session will also provide useful tips on creating a working ITP document and completing an ITP with patients. Moreover, the session will include a review of common reasons for denial of certification and will identify areas for improvement. Ample time will be provided for attendees to ask questions and clarify any issues. We believe that this session will be a valuable learning experience for all those seeking AACVPR ITP program certification or looking to improve their ITP process.

Does it have less to do with the quality of your Phase 2 program, and more to do with what happens "upstream", in the time between their event and an intake? In this session, we look at the upstream operational components that can impact enrollment rates, how to evaluate those for your program, and examples of how they can be used to grow your program.
