Craig was professional, remarkable and went above and beyond to answer my questions and anticipate issues I may have in the future. He has been patient and responsive to all of our needs. He listened to staffs’ concerns and requests and accommodated them the best he could. He was respectful and pleasant to work with. I appreciate you having such knowledgeable and a detail-oriented individual on your team. In addition, on several occasions, Craig helped us in a crisis situation of not being able to monitor a full class of patients and restored us to working order in short notice.
