OneView CRM

A single patient care platform for managing cardiac implantable electronic device (CIED) data for both in-clinic and remote device interrogations. How can I change the color of my CardioView Dx software modalities?

Log in to your Dashboard on the CardioView Dx login screen and select the Dashboard settings button.  Select the dropdown under the Color Theme section to pick the color theme of your choice. Log in to a modality to see the new theme.

As a physician, am I able to electronically sign a CardioView report?

Yes, the CardioFile software allows you to upload your personal signature into the software.

When reviewing reports in CardioFile, how do I notify the report creator that I need a change or edit?

By selecting the "Reject Report" option in CardioFile, you can describe the required changes and send the report back to Dashboard for editing.

I use CardioFile to e-sign my reports and send them to the EHR. Is there a way I can do both of these actions at once?

Yes, by selecting the "Auto Export to EMR via E-sign" option in your settings, you can enable the e-sign button to both e-sign and send the report to the EHR with one click.

How do I add comments to a report I am reviewing in CardioFile?

Open the report in CardioFile so that you are viewing it in the reports tab, then select the Edit Comments button.  In this window, you are able to add in physician or user notes that will appear on the report.

I accidentally deleted a patient in OneView or EventCare, can I retrieve them?

Yes, all OneView and EventCare patients are stored in CardioFile, which also acts as a database.  As long as you have not deleted the patient from CardioFile, you can restore the patient.
