Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upload both remote and in-clinic programmer device checks into OneView?

Yes, OneView has the capability of importing both remote and in-clinic programmer checks.

I want to sort my OneView Patient list to show only those patients for whom reports have not been Marked as Reviewed. Can I do that?

Yes, in the OneView patient list, select the Patient List Options button. Under the "All Sessions" dropdown, select the “Sessions to Review” option.  You will now see a list of only those patients for whom the "Mark as Reviewed" session box has not been checked. 

I accidentally deleted a patient in OneView, can I get them back?

Yes! All OneView patients are stored in CardioFile, which also acts as a database. As long as you have not deleted the patient from CardioFile, you can restore the patient.

I have a patient that has more than one implanted device. Is there a way I can keep track of more than one implanted device per patient?

Yes, OneView is able to store and collect data on multiple implanted devices for a single patient.  If the patient has a primary implanted device, you are able to mark one of the patient’s implanted devices as the primary device.

For which manufacturers can OneView import data?

OneView can import device data from all major manufacturers, including Abbott / St. Jude, Biotronik, Boston Scientific, Microport and Medtronic.
