Accoustic TTM Cardiac Event Customers

Orders to purchase new RZER902 and RZER902AF recorders will be accepted through December 28th, 2017. All new recorders purchased will come with our standard one year warranty. Service for RZER902 and RZER902AF devices will continue as long as parts are available; technical support for these devices will continue to be provided.

Windows XP End of Life
Cardiac Rehab Telemetry Customers

If you are a cardiopulmonary rehab customer using Advantage or VersaCare on a system that is using the Windows XP operating system, be aware that ScottCare is discontinuing its use of XP and no longer provides XP computer replacements.
In 2014, Microsoft ended support for Windows XP. At that time Microsoft ceased to provide new security updates; non-security hotfixes; free or paid assisted support options; or online technical content updates for Windows XP. By default, providers of XP-based software—like ScottCare—no longer receive support from Microsoft, thereby limiting ScottCare’s ability to support your continued use of Windows XP technology.

Product End of Life

If you are a Chroma Holter device customer, be aware that the Chroma has reached its end of life and therefore is no longer available for purchase from ScottCare. In addition, effective February 1, 2018, ScottCare can no longer guarantee the availability of repair services on the Chroma.
The Chroma was replaced in 2016 with the Chroma2 Holter.
