ScottCare is concerned about privacy on the Web. We have created this Privacy Policy to let you know how ScottCare collects, uses and safeguards the information that is collected and used on the Site. This Privacy Policy works in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of Use but does not modify or supercede them.

ScottCare will not share your personal information with third parties. The Aggregate Information and Personal Information may be transferred, distributed or sold as part of ScottCare or its assets.

How to Contact ScottCare to Opt-Out

You may choose not to receive such marketing information and/or to allow ScottCare to use your information to send you information regarding products and services that might be of interest to you by simply notifying ScottCare directly at info@scottcare.com. Upon receipt and processing of an "opt-out" request, ScottCare will, within a commercially reasonable amount of time, remove your information from any future marketing communications.

Security; No Liability

ScottCare has implemented security measures to help protect against the risk of loss, misuse and alteration of any information under ScottCare's control. Personal Information provided to ScottCare is encoded using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, a powerful encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet, provided your browser supports it.
